BGYC Update May 2020

Hello everyone, we don’t know when we can open the club but you can be sure we are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

We  need volunteers to help out on Thursdays when we do open again, the club needs to look forward and prepare for the future.

You don’t need a child at the club to help on club nights  please join  join us now

Below are some activities you can enjoy while you children are off school.

Activities for Young People and their Families

Monday – Time: 11:00 to 11:30 – Defiant Sports – Mellow Mondays 30 minute session for 12 weeks. To incorporate sensory circuits, yoga, relaxation etc.

Tuesday: Session One Time: 09:00-09:30 – Sessions aimed at families, teaching basic boxing techniques and standing core exercises.

Tuesday: Session TwoMarina Studios Y.E.S: Street Dance – Time: 12:00 – 12:30 – Providing online street dance tutorials to young people across Sussex.

Wednesday: Welcoming Wednesdays – Time: 11:00 – 11:30 – Defiant Sports: Sports and family fun Wednesdays – ‘welcoming Wednesdays’ 30 minute session for 12 weeks.

Thursday: Fit and Fab Families – Time: 09:00-09:30 – Sessions aimed at families, teaching basic boxing techniques and standing core exercises.

Friday: Session One – Kickboxing, Mixed Martial arts and Fitness – Time: 10:00 – 10:30 – Young people would need a clear space of no less than 3×3 metres, loose fitting clothes and plenty of water.

Friday: Session Two – Marina Studios Y.E.S. Street Dance – Time: 12:00 – 12:30 – Providing online street dance tutorials to young people across Sussex.

Saturday: Storm Basketball: Basketball – Time: 14:00 – 14:30 – Providing 30 minutes of Basketball skills and topics of the game.
